its never a mistake to get it allin with a set on the flop for 100bbs IMO

if you can get it AI right there that is not a scary flop. likely you are against a draw, which is +EV for you. unless they have a combo draw, they are about 2:1 on hitting their card and you are getting 1:1 on your money. 2 pair is absolutely ruined here (45) or an overpair for at least one of them is very likely.
