I was playing $10 a hand of blackjack for more than 1000 hands and I had signed up before new T&C, so my play thru should be 20x bonus only, now what can I do? very disappointed if I'm not getting paid, I'm only withdrawing $365, BJ is too rigged...

it says up to 1000$ bonus but i only see 250$ match 100% how do you get 1000$ bonus? i cant fint it in the promo page

Instead of bugging out here, why not just send them an email explaining that you signed up before the term changes and see what they say?

They're obviously purposely delaying payments cause of the rash of whoring I caused in my Winward thread here. I'm finally due to cashout next monday and am looking forward to the nonsense they will hit me with.

As KSOT mentioned the rules changed on 10/24 disallowing BJ. If you signed up before 10/24, tell them that and explain that they need to use the old rules from when you signed up. If you signed up after 10/24, then you have a more serious problem.

if you got 500$ bonus you must be under the old terms cuz it changed to 250$ under new terms

Here is my situation with Winward, I signed up under the old terms and cleared the bonus last Monday. I cashed out, and chatted with a CR to ask if ID/email of account info was necessary, I was told "Nope, no need"

Fast forward to today. All of my withdrawls have been reversed, and I am being told I need to send in documents. I have no problem doing this, but I was told that it wasn't necessary. This is an obvious stall tactic by Winward. I guess I'll just send in the documents and see what happens.

I am having all of my chat transcripts from them emailed to me from this point on, I don't want them to be "unable to find" previous discussions

Try to get them to verify that they've received and accepted your ID before next Monday, LameCapper. I didn't do that after sending my documents in which gave them an opportunity to decline my withdrawal on the basis that my documents "weren't legible."

I had a transcript of my last chat sent to me, In the chat I asked "If I send legilbe documents to you, will my cashout be processed NEXT Monday"

I was told yes. I will definitely get verification that my doucments are indeed legible once I send them in. They really won't have any further outs once this is done. Quite a hassle, but IF I get paid it'll be worth it, $670 in profit is worth a little stress and 3-4 hours of total work.

I'll keep everyone posted.

They have been cancelling and postponing payments before, without giving reasons.

This happened to me AND a friend of mine.

They sent her an email saying documents are required, ok a bit annoying I imagine.

They sent me an email saying this:

Your withdrawal request has been declined today due to a lack of information in order to process your request.

If you have selected NETeller as your withdrawal method the email address in your account must match to your NETeller account. If your email address is different please send us your NETeller account number or email address registered with NETeller and we will update this information in your personal profile.

I deposited though Neteller so they have my details and the email address is the same as the one on my account in big letters in my profile page. They clearly have both the acocunt details and the email. Are they taking the p1ss?

These people are dragging online gaming into the gutter.

I had my first withdrawel request denied with the same type of email and that made me quite nervous. The once a week withdrawel and it being my biggest score (small by you sticky artists) had me thinking that this might be a fight. But, I sent in my ID docs and received my cash out today (my second try).

So it was very +EV for me, just had to be a bit patient

I'm pretty sure that everyone will get paid but they like to give you the runaround for a bit. I got my cashout declined twice. 1st time they said I didn't finish the WR when live support said I did and now today they need my id I had sent with my original cashout.

Is this bonus worth doing with the new T&Cs?
If I'm reading things right, it should be done like this:
1) Deposit $250
2) Playthrough 15 x $250 = $3750
3) Receive $250 bonus
4) Cash out what's left of original deposit (or deposit + winnings) leaving just $250 bonus in the accout
5) Make small bets and cash out after each win

Is that right? And how small should the small bets in 5 be?
