Does anyone know one can play in the PCA while 18 years old from the US?

From the pokerstars PCA page:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever the greater) to play in any PokerStars satellites. Players must be 18 to play in any of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Events at the Atlantis Resort. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Events, and no refund of any kind will be made.

I really want to try and win a seat but don't want to lose it :[ If I win one, can I at least sell it?

18 for *MOST* touraments outside the US, and 100% sure it's 18 at PCA.

Yes, it is 18, but if you happen to win, you will have to forfeit your entrance into the 25k WPT Championship at the end of the year without compensation.

Unless you some-how turn 21.

Aw hell...anyone can be 21, as long as they visit their local University, talk to a few folks, and bring $50-$100.

I'm just kidding...don't enter a US event with a fake ID.

The "age of majority" in the US is 18. Therefore, you are good to go on the PCA.
