Has anyone ever recevied an email back from CasinoVega? I deposited 2 weeks ago and played like 10 hands and decided I didn't like the software and withdrew. The bonus is received after you complete WR, so I had no bonus at the time so assume I should not be subject to any wagering requirements. I've tried to withdraw and each time my money has been sent back to my account.

I sent them emails, opened tickets, and have yet to receive a response. Is their support normally this bad, and would I have to call them to receive any sort of response?

I've always called them, as I get a faster (immediate) response. Others have mentioned successfully using email support, with responses in far less than two weeks. I am unsure of the reasons for your delay.

Did you follow their odd withdrawl rules? If you don't withdraw on Mon/Wed/Fri, the withdrwal gets returned back to your account.

If you log into the website and use the reconcile feature you can see what the reason was. Customer support is friendly enough on the phone but they're not all that helpful IMO. As aka23 stated, you can only request cashouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I sent them an email when I signed up and NEVER got any reply. Create a helpdesk ticket or whatever they're called. They worked really well for me.

BTW, some casinos won't even let you cash out your deposit before clearing the WR.

Hmm used the reconcile feature and it says wagering requirement not met. Wtf? I entered no bonus code or anything, they would give me a nice sticky bonus AFTER i met the wagering requirements, but since I had no bonus money at all to play with, this is really unfair.

I recommend contacting them and explaining the situation. I recall that when making a withdrawl a warning message appeared saying, "all qualified and unqualified bonuses would be lost" or something to that effect, implying that you could withdraw before qualifying a bonus.

I did that via tickets and email hoping I don't have to call them, but I guess I'll have to and I'll be calling them tomorrow. I did receive that message, thinking that I just wouldn't receive the bonuses. I played 10 freakin hands $5 each and am up $20 bucks and decided i hated the software. If that's a reason to deny my withdrawal...ridiculous.

the support here is terrible - I've just went 3 weeks back and forth with no e-mails back to me (only tickets) and they don't help at all

Has anyone ever got flak from CasinoVega for being under 21? (I'm 20). AFter talking to them they wouldn't let me cashout my $150 without 9k WR (even though I get no bonus) and I ran it all the way up to $2000! (Lost 1500 at Absolute the other day tilt blackjacking though so =/) Now I'm a bit scared since they only cash out in increments of $500, but they seem old and respected...Hopefully nobody has ever had problems.

All patrons accessing Casino Vega and its no download casino must be of at least 21 years of age.

Just saw that =/

However it doesn't list my birthday luckily...please no ID!

Mods could you please delete this post...I figure some of this content is a bit unsavory on a public board and I'd rather not leave any incriminating evidence :P

The change in T+C must be recent. 2 months or so ago (as an 18 year old) I was paid in full over a total of 3 weeks. When reading the T+C before whoring I am pretty sure it said 18+ or age of legal jurisdiction stuff.

That's what happened to me I think. I very very rarely miss something huge like that, I must have read it a short time ago and assumed it was still valid and didn't bother again. Booo. I hope I get paid...if not I'll have to resort to photoshop
