I don't have any monies in my neteller account and no [censored] way am I doing instacash for this reload. Can I withdraw and then redeposit for this weekend reload?

Yes but my last cash out took 36 hours. I don't think you will make it with how slow they usually are.

can i ask y u wouldn't want to do instacash for this transaction...the fee is covered by UB...so what's the reason??

Yes, but you have to play some in between or they might take away the bonus.

I already have monies on UB, can I deposit today to get the bonus, then withdraw the amount I deposited in a day or two, and still be eligible for the bonus?

Giving the rooms at least enough play to cover the cost of your deposit and withdrawal should just be common sense. UB has reloads all the time so why not just wait until you are actually going to play.
