High Rollers Lounge?

I managed an $1100 win at HighRollers Lounge about two weeks ago. They said I had met the wagering requirements, and I requested a cashout to my Neteller account. The inital request was denied because it "sat too long waiting to be processed". I was advised to resubmit the request. I did that several days ago, and that request still shows as pending. I've called support a few times, but I am certain I am being given the runaround. I've been very nice to the people I have spoken with; I figure it doesn't pay to get upset at this point. I have asked to be escalated to someone in authority, but I am told that isn't possible. I have been told I would receive a return call, I have not.

I have had excellent results bonus hunting, but I am having trouble collecting this one. There is also a cashout at Be the dealer that I am having difficulty collecting. Any advice on how to expidite the process would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the advice; I've been to Casinomeister before, and I'll try them. I will also keep the other link handy.

I'm not certain about the group, but it is RTG software. I have no way of knowing if I've been tagged for bonus hunting. I more than met the WR.

Is there a magic word or something with them?
