UB sign up bonus

I signed up Oct. 22 for first time on UB. I used a bonus code from http://www.pokerlistings.com/ultimate-bet for $750 matching. TRACKING CODE PL50

But when I go to the Cashier I don't see any sign-up bonus. I have 128 Ultimate Points garnered from playing. I started with $750 real money and it shows me up to $873. Nothing else. So am I looking in the wrong place? I emailed them twice using their form but they never answered me. On the form it says they will answer in 24 hours.
Where do you go to verify your sign-up bonus?

Look at your pending bonus doallars in the cashier or my account section. Is it less than $750? Is it something like $737? The bonus is released bit by bit everytime you stand up from a table. Once they release some bonus money it is mixed in with the rest of your funds.
