I deposited $500 for the reload, it came out of my neteller, BUT it didn't show up in UB cashier account nor in UB bonus dollars /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Is this common? Or a rareity?

i know i deposit with moneybookers and each time i do it i have to send them an email first with the data of the transfer. talk to them, i'm sure it will be fixed. support is a bunch of chimps on ub but it feels like they're really trying. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
