UB allows you to withdraw money before a deposit bonus is completely cleared. Does anyone know if Absolute's deposit bonus is the same way?

Yes but you have to wait 48 hours before requesting a cashout after a deposit. Unlike UB, the AP bonus expires in 60 days.
