ultimatepoints email wrong?

email tells me i have accumulated 512 ultimatepoints since october 20, 1201am and i have till tonight 1159pm october 26 to get as much ultimatepoints as possible. HOwever,in my ub account, it shows me having accumluated 768 ultimatepoints from oct 20 till now. Is there ultimate points not updated yet?

It is probably not wrong, but you probably earned the 256 additional points AFTER their system computed and generated that email.

I was way short too, looked like the email should have arrived yesterday....

i got the email dated 3am today and i didnt play after that time. That means the computer generated that email probably a couple of hours b4 3am right since i hit 768 ub points or so when i logged off last night like at 1130pm?

I did not get any email like that and still have not received my payment for points from last week.

The points it quotes in my email was what i earned on the first two days I think.

I just think that the system didn't send the email when it should have.

My balance on the client is correct.

I have a lot of playing today to get to 2000 points though. Don't think i'm going to beable to reach that threshold.

Wish i would have been paying attention the first two weeks this promo ran, it's pretty sweet when combined with bonus and RB.

I earned 1010 points and the email said I earned only 740. Thought maybe they were gonna screw me on this one.

If you go to the Cashier page there is a section that tells you how many points you have accumulated during this 10/20 - 10/26 period. I suggest you take a screenshot of it just in case they tell you they have you at less points than you have accumulated.

apparently my ultimate bet points decreased! I currently have 1100 ub points and 900 from the time period. I recall adding it up to at least 1000 ultimatepoints during this week after tonight and saw some ultimatepoints transfer back to my original accont instead of the time frame.

anyone with the same problem?

fwiw, you can go into your UPC transaction history and add up the points awarded yourself /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Keep in mind that points are not actually awarded, until you get up from a table.
