Has he pushed previously PF? What cards is he going to showdown with?

If i think the guy is a maniac i'm calling here. At this limit and being 43/13 with no other reads, i'd say call.

I completely agree that reads are a big part of these situations, but what about when you don't have one? I instafold jacks, instacall kings, what about QQ?

fold with no reads. if he is a push maniac like we so commonly see at 50NL instacall.

Difficult decision.
Especially if you just sat down, I would probably call, an unknown could easily be making plays with cards besdies KK and AA. I mean I go to cash games all around L.A with people I dont know, and I get reraised with as bad as A6offsuit, I would just call and say cold deck if he flips up KK hahaha
