Assuming they're $25:

I don't like calling the flop raise, i'd much rather bump it up again to about 8-9 and fold to another raise.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish with your bets on the turn/river. If you're going to bet the turn, at least make it 3/4 pot if not full pot. I don't like a river check-raise, especially that small, either after simply calling his raises on the previous streets.
After his turn min-raise, i'd much rather just check/call this river.

i like 3 betting the flop, no 25nlers fold a K here, or a turn c/r

I think you have to bump it on the flop to see where you stand and fold to another re-raise. Villain knows you were in BB and it should be semi-obvious that you got a BB special by the time you call his raise on the flop, and if not, than he certainly knows by the time you call the raise on the turn and, yet, he continues to bet. So, I can't imagine you're good here. I could (maybe) understand a c/c on the river, but i think you could be fairly confident with a fold.
