Sets come into mind but I don't think I can fold here. 99-KK are most likely calling, or even A8. Is raising all-in here standard, given I have no read? or should I re-raise to like 1.5? But that would leave like $1 in my stack and I will feel committed to put in the rest if I am re-raised.

at .01/.02 i would probably very rarely fold AA.

preflop its usually 4xBB + 1 BB per limper. If you notice the table calls a lot more, than by all means, bet more preflop.

On these stakes I am not folding AA, but wouldnt be surprised to see anything from a gutshot draw, to a flushdraw, 2pair or set.
