Villian is 18.4/2/1.6. Was my bluff attempt bad? I don't usually bluff and I'm trying to get better at it. I felt I couldve stolen on the flop, I checked turn because I thought villian was either slowplaying or was weak and would find out on turn (yay position), then I saw his river check and felt he was weak and would fold to a good sized bet, but I was wrong.

I think if youve decided to bluff at this pot you need to do it on the turn and if/when he calls you, give it up. villian did what a lot of good players would do here imo, he knows youre only betting the nuts or nothing, it only costs him a min raise to find out.
