Villian hadn't played a hand yet, looks fairly tight so far(15 hands). I also made the same kind of play in the previous hand with the button and I did c-bet.

definitely. you should almost always CB HU barring extenuating circumstances (eg. flop comes AKQ v a 5/0.1/0 nit who's also a huge postflop calling station)

Yes, just pot it and take it down most of the time. A level 0 thinker folds this easily over 2/3 times as he only thinks about if he hit the flop or not. Against better players/deeper thinkers you can easily rep AQ, KQ, high/mid-high PP or whatever.
