Sometimes you just have to lay it down...

Bet more on flop - lead for full pot so he has a real decision to make if he wants to raise with less than TP. Against certain villains, I might 3-bet pot against a minraise on this flop and shutdown if he's still interested.

If you're going to bet this turn, bet it properly - he could easily have something like QdJd with all this minraising going on. I don't think a set, TP or 2 pair minraises like this on such a draw heavy board - and a slowplayed AA/QQ is idiotic - but it depends on villain.

Is minraising standard for him? Does he (min)raise his draws? Does he minraise his strong but vulnerable hands? Does he limp monsters UTG? Does he see small bets as a sign of weakness? Does he like to hang on to medium pocket pairs against small c-bets and tiny turn bets?

I'm OK with the call on the flop but I'd probably check the turn with no reads and let it go if he fires again. I can't stress enough the value of position

Against an unknown, as ymu said, lead here for close to full pot; that way you can fold to a raise with no regrets whatever. If flat called, tread with great care thereafter; you're probably not seeing a showdown.

Against a LAG, this is a decent hand to check/call flop, then either call down if you think you can get to showdown reasonably cheaply, or lead turn if you want it over with more quickly.
