Matthew: Hi how can I help you?

Me: Yes I was wondering about my cashout?

Matthew: just one moment while I check for you

Me: ok

Matthew: your withdrawal is still pending, we have been experiencing longer than expected processing times as our accounts department has been busy, but I imagine that your withdrawal should be finalized in the next few days

Me: alright? so when should I expect the payment?

[/ QUOTE ]

Okay this is starting to worry me? I cashed out on the 17th and still nothing. Is this standard for them? It is still right there to let me reverse it which to me is a bad sign.
I was orginally told monday was reasonable and nothing.

Any ideas with these people as I REALLY NEED the money. (I owe 80% of it to people.)

Never deposit money you need back soon to an RTG casino. Supposedly this one is more reputable than others, but in general, they've been known to take months.

Matthew: unfortunately it is still pending so it make take a few more days to go through

Matthew: unfortunately I cannot give you a definite time at this point, though I do imagine it should only be a few more days
ME: alright thanks Do I need to send any information (scanned ID etc)
Matthew: all your deposits have been made through NETeller so we will not require any documentation

This is pretty standard for any RTG. If you get paid in full ina month, you're doing pretty good.

Do I have any recourse to get my money? $1050 to me is a ton of money.

Any suggestions on how to get my cash?

Wait.

Honestly, why would you deposit to an RTG casino and expect to see the money in less than a month?

I had no idea they were "shady" when it comes to cash outs.

They're RTG. The only reputable RTG IMO is Bodog.

There are some RTGs with near instant cashouts. For example 49er and Bodog have been known to pay in minutes; Clubworld and iNetBet in under 6 hours; etc.

There are also slow payers/non-payers... Slots of Vegas/Prism, Cirrus, Palace of Chance, Club Player, Cool Cat, etc. These casinos may take a month or more.

Powerbet is somewhere in between the two extremes. I was paid ~$900 a few days after completing the wagering. Other sites list cashouts as taking 4-7 days.

--Note that if a cashout is taking a long time, there may be a problem. A common reason for unexpected delays at Powerbet is cashing in comp points and not realizing that you are required to complete a wagering on the comp points.

aka23 Yes I have already been through that my orginal withdraw for $550 was rejected or that reason. So I more then cleared the WR by a few thousand dollars over and played just for the hell of it.

Now not only has my withdraw been pending for a week+ I am not allowed to login in wtf. Time to give them a call and be told I am not going to get my money.

HAHAHA [censored] MORONS

I called them and they tell me
uhh youre account has as you have been deemed as an advantage player.

uhh okay thats great?
I am like pissed but too made to yell and was thinking I just lost alot of money.

I was like what about my cashout.
Guy tells me we paid it earlier today.

I say uhh okay and bs while I check.

Sure enough I got all my money $1050 deposited at 9:31 tonight.

Now they refuse to let me play. Basically instead of building a loyal base of customers playing a -ev game they ban those who win.

Good Job.

Do they have any recourse if I send them a not nice email?

Yes, that's the usual procedure for big winners on the signup bonus. They pay you, then ban you from receiving any more bonuses. I mentioned this in the summary. Note that you should not play at any more casinos within the group, after you have been deemed an "advantage player."

Jeff_B

so basically they are insuring I dont bonus whore them any more?
I guess that makes sense...SUPER SHADY IMO

Time to find another victim.. I mean place to play.

Hmm. I did the 300+300 but I did big bets and finished the WR with only half of my deposit left. Should I give a shot at one of the other casinos in the group?

In another thread I believe the consensus was this was frowned upon greatly and could result in funds seizure.

Aka23 I believe said that. Sorry if I am wrong.

Yeah, but I thought they frowned upon *winners* doing this, but if it's just everyone who has gotten a bonus, no matter the result, then never mind.

Honestly, Ask aka I am not sure. I am not doing any more sense they frown upon it.

Deposit to final cashout in 10 days for me. They did cancel my first cashout but that was because I cashed in my comps points not knowing there was a WR on them.

Jeff_B
10-25-2006, 08:37 PM
Yeah I was just over 2 weeks but I played for a week. Not bad really just handled piss poorly .

Canceled withdraw no notice no nothing.
Lied to me about pay out times.
Closed my account because I won.

I did play some blackjack at another casino and lost some tonight just for fun... might have done powerbet but yeah I was banned..

LOL, I'm glad I busted the bonus on Powerbet. Seems they declined my cashout of what I had left and didn't tell me about it (as I kind of expected). I've cleared the WR and I'm withdrawing <D, so I shot off an email and await the response with interest. I took the risk that I would not see my money again after giving it to Powerbet, so I'm not that surprised.

Edit: I did NOT cash in comp points.

Antti

Yup, they tried to slap the 30x WR on me. I quoted CS their own T&C, hopefully they'll realize I'm not an average degen, slap me with an abuser label and give me my remaining money back.

Hmm, didn't released you have to cashout more than deposit+bonus, or less than deposit. What a strange rule!

So I have $540, what should I do?

(I have already made a cashout request...)

It's designed so you can't do it low risk. You gotta sticky it up.

Ah, I reread the T&C and its clear I have to do that. I made some bets at baccarat and now I have over $600, phew...

Do they let you play restricted games? I'd think that this scumbag outfit would void all winnings if you play a restricted game. I'm sure you verified with them ahead of time before playing baccarat though.

I'll have some things to say about PowerBet in a separate post. This is a place that left a bad taste in my mouth. I lost there but that's not the reason I soured on it. I eventually got my cashout.

"If an excluded game is played before completion of the above wagering requirements, the casino reserves the right to void all play and close the account, and require the player to forfeit the bonus. "

I had wagered more than enough before I played excluded games. I also checked with support before, so I have email "evidence" that I'm allowed to play excluded games.

But it's probably better to not play excluded games at all.
