I think the fact that Neteller is focusing on Europe, as this press release shows, is a pretty strong indication they aren't counting on the U.S. market any more...

NETeller says will comply with the US gaming act; plans 3 European launches 2006
LONDON (AFX) - NETeller PLC said it will comply with the recent US gaming legislation passed by President George Bush earlier this month which prohibits 'unlawful internet gambling' by restricting payments to certain sites from US residents.
NETeller said it is focusing on the gaming sector outside the US market, where customers are not affected at all by the US legislative changes, and has plans for three European launches later this year.
The company also said it will issue a trading update for the third quarter on Oct 31.
