I go to Singapore or Hong Kong. I tell them that I am a tourist, do not live there, and wish to wire transfer $50K to my new account, and to then immediately transfer this money to Party Poker's Bank.
Are they actually going to allow me to do this?
Also, when someone wants to wire money to another bank, can they do this over the phone? What is the security process?
