The Neteller card for Americans is issued through a Louisiana bank. Also, Neteller has announced they will abide by the new law.

Don't you see the problem with this? You still have to be able to

1 - deposit to a poker site
2 - withdraw to Neteller

If neither are allowed then how the hell are you going to load your card?
