My reasoning: either he has a monster and he doesn't want to "lose customers", and I have implied odds for the rest of his stack ($10) if I hit my K ($1.5 for $16.75), or he has something weak, and I have 9 outs/can take it away from him on the turn sometimes.

Like the call?

i think it is a good call. do you get it in if you turn a Q and river is blank? what about a turned Ace?

i like a 3bet preflop, and i would usually just put him in on the flop if i chose to continue.

I stab, because I think he has less than top pair if he checks the turn. I haven't been overaggressive while he's there, so there's no reason for him to expect I'd bet the turn with ATC there.
