Okay so the guy here is pf nit. 11/7/2.4 over 150 hands. His 3-betting range is thus, pretty small. Is this an excuse to just calling and trying to play for value on flop against QQ on non-Q/A flop?

I don't think his range is that wide here and I highly doubt he'd play JJ or AK like this. Just would care to have a second opinion. I think I have most trouble playing just high pairs... More comfortable playing almost anything else /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Dude, why make it so hard on yourself.
Just reraise the damn thing preflop.
And save the slowplay for when you are in position.

I suppose a 4bet pf just folds QQ AK against a nit thus losing all our value and I guess smooth calling preflop helps keeps are hand concealed too. But feels so wrong to play it weakly almost playing it for set value.

Reraise to $15 or so preflop. If he is as tight as you say and he comes in for a massive reraise you can fold. Why did you call on the flop only to fold the turn? The pet was quite small on the flop, were you hoping he was just cbetting and would check the turn? As played i'd probably raise the flop and fold to reraise / reevaluate if he smooth calls.

The problem was that even if he just has QQ, it outdrew me. If he had AK/AA/KK/QQ/JJ. he'd only play QQ and AA that way postflop.

5 handed and you have KK, try to get as much of your $$$ in PF as possible. Don't call his RR, push or triple his RR.

I would play this hand like this when i'm really in the zone. Normally when there are two good players at these tables with big stacks they play their hands pretty straight foward against each other.

Soo you did take into consideration that we're 200 BB deep, right?

You are way too deep here to flat call the RR PF. Going over the top for ~$20 looks like the way to play it. As played, I raise the flop. Folding the turn is way too weak.

If he 5-bets pf, I can safely fold then? I know for 100 BB it's not even an issue, but for 200. Meh.

And if he just smooth calls my 4-bet, his range is still the same. He'll fold anything else or call for set value. Gah, I'm so lost with these.

You could reraise the flop to 20 to rep QQ/AA and see if he has KK/AK

KK and AK are imo more unlikely than AA+QQ. If you count the combinations:

KK: 1
AK: 8

AA: 6
QQ: 3

damn, still a coinflip.
