hi, I wish to invite a friend at party poker but I don't know if my friend is still able to get a normal 20% bonus up to 100$ as well or only 25$ from party after playing 125RH?

You can only do one bonus or the other. If you want the money then do the REF, but if you want your friend to get the most then have him sign up through some affiliate and get a gift along with the signup bonus.
