call or raise. folding is not an option unles you dont like money. you have lots of equity here.

There's two people in the pot and one just bet out against you.
You have the near-nut nothing, but even if you're ahead of a FD, you've got reverse implied odds with two streets to go.
If you try to bluff, you'll have to bet hard to push someone off their hand. If they call, do you want to second barrel? Third barrel?
If you hit your A or your Q (especially the A/images/graemlins/club.gif or Q/images/graemlins/club.gif), are you good? How much will you pay off?

It's just not worth it, IMO. There are special cases where you could make a move, but for the most part, just forget it.
