I have done swiss and 50 stars, but when trying Las vegas my account has been locked. Anyone has been succesful at whoring them all? If so, how?

No. And if you sign up for more than one and even win at more than one, they void your winnings and keep your money.

They do? Guess I've been lucky lolz. You should be able to at least do all 4 bonuses at swiss (until you get a cashout) and maybe the ones at 50stars too, wouldn't press my luck after that.
