I tried their live chat and thats a no go thanks to all the people asking about the US regulations.

1. If i get said card and I have $500 in my account with $200 in insta cashs that are not cleared I can go to the atm and get $300 cash correct?

2. They say if my account is dormant for 30 days that I will have to pay a $5 fee... If my account is $0 with no pending trasactions what will happen?

3. Will banks charge some high fee at the atm to use the card?

4. If I click transfer money to card then hit the atm 5 minutes later will it already be there?

TIA.

1 - nope, b/c you have to account for the neteller atm xfer fee and the atm fee. plan on a $280 w/d

2 - only applies to balance "on" your card and its free to xfer back from the atm card to neteller so you should never pay this fee

3 - same $1 or $2 you would pay if you used your normal bank debit card

4 - yep. i transfer and walk right to the atm - has never taken more than 15mins

misc - i have noticed my card wont work at certain atms even though they are on the correct network - i have the best luck with the stand alone indepedant atms at gas stations and convience stores fwiw

How do they determine the fee to xfer the money to the card?

So basically getting this card would cost zero if I never used it?

The ATM machine is going to charge you a fee though. Do $205.

this is what i do - pad my transfer by $5 to account for fees. however his example had the $300 uncleared fast cash which makes $205 impossible
