bad time to open a new neteller account?

I was reading one of the neteller threads and was wondering if it was a bad time to open a new neteller account from Germany. It looks like its the same neteller just US users wont be able to deposite sometime soon. Some other people seem to think neteller is going to collapse though, same people probly thought party would colapse by now though too. If i open a new account from Germany im not getting screwd right?

i would think neteller will be fine when they do pull the US plug as they have time and have had the time to create revenue in other markets outside of gaming.....JMHO

Their fixed cost of operations is nowhere near their potential revenue outside of the US.
