His flop overbet is pretty severe. I think your reraise is a shade big, but probably ok. When he doesn't 3-bet all-in I'd assume you're ahead most of the time.

Push the turn. You have about a PSB left, the board is drawy and he will pay off with worse Q's or Ax clubs often here.

I think I like a check here, no hand that you beat here is going to call a shove. On the river, I'd call most bets on blank rivers, folding to bets on a club river.
