Neteller/Full Tilt

My roommate said this morning on the FTP forums everyone was having problems using neteller. I was wondering if this was all bs or there was some truth to this, as I haven't read ANYTHING about that on 2+2. Thanks.

I am not spamming, if some of you think. I actually did hear this from him. I don't read FTP forums because I think it is the worst forum for poker talk on the net(I just checked, and couldn't find anything about it either). I was just seeing if one of you guys have used neteller to FTP today sometime.
