I've been playing online poker for over a year now. I started in the SNG's and had some success but the went to cash game’s. I have played cash games up to 200nl, which is scary. After loosing over 1500$ I decided to get serious about wining and started reading all the good 2+2 post NLHTP and Theory of Poker by slansky. And I went all the way back to 25nl with 500$ and made my mind up to beat 25nluntil I had 1000$ and the move to 50nl.
Today I’m at over 1100$ and its time to move up I ran at 11BB/100 over 10000 hands.
I think the main reason I was able to do this time is I was able to control tilt this time round and never move up a level to recoup losses made at a lower level.

Any advice from any one who has moved up lately

I think it's important not to change your playing style at first when you move up. At first it might seem like everyone is taking shots at you trying to bluff you out of pots, but it's most likely just in your head. Just play your game and you should be fine. 50NL isn't much different from 25NL.

I just moved from 25NL to 50NL a couple months ago. The biggest thing for me was tightening up preflop, but I'm pretty LAG to begin with. There aren't as many players who will pay you off when you catch a monster hand, so I play a litle more straight forward at 50NL than 25NL. I probably can't give any more advice without knowing how you play in the $25 game, but it sounds like you are doing well. Honestly you could probably not change a thing and do fine unless you have major leaks.

It seems that not changing your playing style is one of the most important thing to do when moving up.
From what I've read It seems just playing you normal game for a few thousand hands and then evaulating after that is the way to go .
Sounds good to me anyway. So that is what I will be doing.
Hopefully I will make 100nl in 10000 hans aswell.
