Pokerroom new information? possibly

I just contacted Pokerroom.com telephone support because I was just about to cash out, and they said that their stance was that they will allow U.S. players to play just not deposit. That they had changed their stance from a few days ago from the stance of no deposits or playing for U.S. customers.

I don't know if this is all B.S. (probably is). I asked where I could find this new info. Support guy said on their news or promotions page in 24 - 48 hours.

They have just about 24-48 hours before I pull out my roll. Even if they do change their stance I might pull the full roll out. I don't trust a company that flip flops like that. Also, I can't think of a reason it would take 24-48 hours to get something up on their website. Plus they sent the original statement by email why would the new information be listed on the website? I dont see anything about the original statement on the promotion section of their website - Hollywood Promotions (http://www.hollywoodpoker.com/promotions/) .

Seems fishy to me and not in the normally good hollywood fishy way.

Seriously, I think their CS rep might just be confused.
