I was sitting down at a very loose passive 1$/2$ table at Melbourne's Crown Casino the other night and came across this hand.

After playing tight most of the night I was dealt pocket 6's in UG+2. There was a call, fold, then I raised to $10 to try and get some cash in the pot. Many recognised my tight play earlier and folded leaving two very loose players (Button and BB) who called my raise to see the flop.

The flop came 4 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Being first to act should I be aggressive and push all in here with my very small over pair?

The table is a $60 buy in, no more, no less

Me - $40
Button - $60
BB - $110

I don't see a reason to push with 100BB stacks but you only have a PSB left. Push is good.

I did push and was called by both players.

Button held a 5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif and made two pair which is what I put him on.

BB held 5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 4 /images/graemlins/club.gif and made a full house on the flop.

What was he doing calling a $8 raise with a starting hand like that?!!?

With stacks so small in relation to the blinds, pushing is the only option.
Sucks that BB made that, but just remember that he called with that preflop for the next time you're in a hand with him.

I hate crown's $60 flat buy in. Rake is too high, and you're put all in with any decent hand

/images/graemlins/grin.gif you tried to hit a set with 25% of your stack put in preflop?
