Do you think it would be wise for all of us signing up with new Full Tilt Accounts or accounts anywhere that accepts deposits from US players to put a fake Canadian or European address? Would this be beneficial at all in case something happens in the future where they ban all American addresses?

First of all, most sites aren't going that far yet. Second, even if they do, Google "ip, masking, anonymous" and be done with it.

And as for your home address? Your account details last I remember must match your Neteller info. There's really no sense in speculative talk at this point, everyone has what they need for now and that should be that.
