My read on UTG is that he's a bit loose (42/3/4.2)

Why lead the turn (3c) after c/c the flop? Is it a blocking bet? This move makes no sense to me.

This looks fine, assuming you are planning on either c/c or c/f a non-8 river (depending on size of UTG's river bet, stacks, and reads).

i like the turn bet because it blocks 99-JJ from betting big on non 8 river.
