Good time to move your old Absolute account: NOW

Rumors are running crazy that Absolute Poker bought Ultimate Bet. This would clearly make them the #2 poker network behind Pokerstars. If you have an Absolute account (If this goes through) now would be a good time to move your old Absolute account to one with rakeback.

I have an Absolute account w/o RB, but no UB account yet. Any thoughts on what they might do with UB RB accounts? Am I better to sign up with UB before any network switch takes place just in case they simply absorb the player base and don't allow any new UB sign-ups? That doesn't seem likely, but you never know...

I would say definetly sign up with UB then. Higher RB%, more players etc in the mean time.. Then when \ if they merge your RB % will be grand fathered in, at least with us.

I've seen in the Affiliate/Rakeback forum that one affiliate has now announced their UB offer will be tiered, at UB's request. Have you heard about this, and will your offer remain a flat 35%...IE can UB request that you change this?

Yes we are now at 33%/35% tiered as per UB's request
