Nine.com bonus Anyone do it?

I noticed ninecasino.com had a 100% bonus on first deposit. I downloaded the software and registered. Went to deposit and I see that there is no withdraw option?

The fact is the only way to withdraw is by calling them sometime monday - friday. I called and did get an answer but was wondering if anyone has done this and gotten there money?

No software based withdrawl makes me nervous.

Yes, plenty of us have done it and it is a legit casino. I believe you must finish the wagering requirements before the bonus is credited. However, their customer service is indeed lacking, and cashouts are not the smoothest experiences ever. Note also this will undoubtedly be the streakiest software you've ever played.

This bonus sucks now after they changed their terms. CBP says best game is 3cp, and with a 40x wr it is not worth it.

I never thought I'd say this about a site but nine.com has worse CS than party. They literally take about 20 minutes to answer each question in live chat and they usually give a wrong answer. I did more wagering than I should because of wrong information and it was indeed very hard to cash out. Variance was sick too.

I played there.. spent 10 minutes screaming down the phone at some guy that couldnt understand me as he was getting my name/address.. eventually I just agreed to everything he said then sent them an email with my real details.

I can't remember exactly what happened but I got pissed off with the software and tilted it up to $800 before cashing /images/graemlins/laugh.gif
