Does anyone know if this legislation affect bank transactions in Canada, is anyone thinking about moving up there :-). I have a UK passport i am considering opening up an account over there. Also with sites like Full Tilt and PokerStars.com where u can transfer funds will it not be possible to open up a service that allows people a friend in the UK or canada to transfer money to your account
