Hey guys,
I missed my VIP bonus one month (cause I was moving to another city) and now I just seem to be out of the program. I still played over 2000 raked hands in September, so I thought that would be enough for me to be in it for October.
Am I out for good? Is there any way back in?
I've emailed support but their responses have been elusive. They said a manager would review my account and get back to me.
Anyway just thought I'd see if anyone had more information about how it worked.
