Contacted them two weeks ago to redeem a $150 gift cert, and they said it'd ship out soon; haven't heard a word back from them since. Anyone dealt with them recently?

same here. I did get BS that it was ordered, and a tracking link was coming about a week before I got the GC (so those were clearly lies). I was suprised I got it anything; so you guys might have some hope.

The last time I had trouble getting a gift I sent them the most recent link to one of these threads bashing them. I then got my gift really quick.

Place is full of promises....NOT much action. I was asked 5 times what kind of GC I wanted. I told them paypal every time.....So they sent me an Amazon GC instead. Which I was unable to switch!! That new set up they got over there is quite a joke..coffe maker promos, dating service promos, wine buyers club promos...NO THANKS

if it's been longer than (time specified on website), send them an email stating that if you do not get your gift within 1 week you will make a post on CM, 2p2, etc. If they don't send it, make posts, send them link.

I've been waiting on a credit from InterCasino for a couple weeks with no response. I just want my stinkin' iPod and will then get the hell out. Is it me, or was the iPod formerly 2 points? It's now three and that is news to me. I'm likely going to have to just sign up for one or two out of Kiwi, Tropez and Club Dice just to get the points. Don't really want to settle for a measly $50 gift card, but I may have.

They recently changed their points requirements for the various gifts. However, in their "News" section, they state they will honor the requirements you signed under.

I just received my PayPal GC ($250) for the old price of 4pts. I submitted the offer on 10/5 and it hit my account last nite. They have been very good to me, although on the slow side, but I'd rather get something and wait than nothing at all.

FWIW, it took like 5-6 weeks for my INterCasino credit to hit. It will get there.

I got paid today via paypal. Waited about 3 weeks. There's still a $50 bonus due for the 4 pts in September deal, but I'm not sure I expect to see that or not.

For those that are waiting, just keep bugging them. It looks like payments are trickling out, and I'm sure that the squeaky wheel gets the oil with them.
