I played at Grand Bay for the bonus but the cashout was nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Here is the story via one of the many emails I sent to Grand Bay:

It has been well over two weeks since I have requested
a cash out to my neteller account. I have communicated
with support about the delay multiple times.

At first I was told that you were having technical
trouble verifying the cleared bonuses and to be
patient for a few days. OK. I was patient. Several
days later I emailed and was that the problem was taken care of.

OK, so I requested the cash out via my neteller account
(the same one that I made my deposit with) and was
informed that it was cleared and under. As I said it,
has now been over almost three weeks and there is nothing in my neteller account. I have emailed support at least
twice since then. Once I was told that my email was
being forwarded to the appropriate department and that
they would take care of it. Never heard from anyone,
much less the “appropriate department”. So I sent
another email inquiring about the “delay”---and got no
response whatsoever. This is all after I have
received an email from Grand Bay saying my withdrawal was
successful.>

After several more threatening emails, about three weeks later, I finally received my cashout. I feel compelled to pass this on to fellow players as there is something seriously wrong with the way they do business.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PLAY AT GRAND BAY POKER AND
I CERTAINLY WILL NOT PUT A NICKEL BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.
There was never a word of explanation. WOW!! This apparently is business as usual so I would hate to have to deal with them if they were having real financial or personnel problems (or ethical ones)!!!
