A few of the folks who did it are getting the same runaround. Since they are not letting people in under the old T&C's, I am not sure what else you can do but play it off before they decide BJ isn't allowed /images/graemlins/frown.gif Depending on how much your balance is now, you could always autoclick slots for a minimum bet. With a 25X playthrough on the $200 bonus, you have an expected loss of $250 (assuming 5% HA) which you might be close to if you bet minimum coinage). If you want to go that way, pick the slot with the lowest number of reels, paylines, and the smallest jackpots. Depending on how burned out you are on BJ, it is probably a way to keep the lion's share of your profits without risking it all like you would with higher limit BJ. And if you assume 5% edge on the slots, then since BJ's playthrough is 4X that of the slots, then BJ's effective HA is 2% (4X.05) vs slots 5%. So twice as much HA, but autoplayable (with 3rd party clicker).

i've just been told by the ever-so-truthful casino that all the games are currently 25x - and my wagering vs. casino-tracked wagering is totally off

this place is so sketchy - oh and thanks for your help

Grando you are not the only one who they are also trying to screw. /images/graemlins/frown.gif I have a screenshot of their CS confirming that I have only $1045 worth of baccarat play left for me to comple the bonus. Next day they claim it's 5045 and I play like crazy only to found out the day after that baccarat doesnt count towards WR anymore.

Their operator has been saying 3 different times "we will reply you first thing in the morning", "monday morning" etc. but all lies. No contact attempt from them.

I would avoid this casino at all costs atleast for the time being. Thanks for your help Halo7. Any tips for me?

They will give me an answer in "8 hours" because of "many issues" said their operator.

I hope best but expect the worst.

kypreanus, post back here if they happen to resolve that for you. I was doing Hype and won my initial baccarat bet, the next day they changed the terms and I found out I had to do a [censored] of blackjack play so I decided to sticky it up started betting half my 650 roll, didn't play many hands at all but got my balance up to 2200 or so. I've cleared quite a bit since then at 10/hand and ONLY another 6K or so to go... Also I couldn't get support to answer a simple question like "how much more do i have to wager in $ at blackjack before i can withdraw", support would reply with "blackjacks is x100" I would begin my "i don't know what x100 or x50 mean please how much in $$$$$$$ is it"..."blackjacks is x100" wow....

grando, I think if the money isn't that big a deal to you, you should probably try stickying it up. I think my target was probably too weak since I got there pretty quick and still had a huge WR to fulfill.
kypreanus, I feel for you man, your situation hurts to read about.

I talked to live chat 5 times and got 5 different numbers of my remaining WR.

then i tried to cashout and they kept saying the accounting department was closed for the weekend. On a tuesday morning...

after stickying it up and losing my money after continuous back-and-forths with support, where I was always pleasant:

<User> i'm just messaging you guys to let you know that you win - i lost all my money
<Operator> May I ask what you are asking about?
<User> oh i'm not asking about anything - i just wanted to let the manager know that refusing my cashout twice and adding 12,000,000 to my wagering caused me to lose all my money
<User> quite clever if you ask me
<User> although I doubt that i would ever get my money anyways
<User> it's too bad that you're only going to get $200 of my money while non-sketchy casinos rape me for tens of thousands of dollars
<User> but take care and have a great day/night
<Operator> I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused
<User> ok

yeah so it ends up in chat like this:

me: wow the playthrough has gone up quite a bit hasn't it?

CS: no it has always been 21000.

me: but i was told 5250 when i signed up, i have a screenshot to prove this
me: has it changed recently?

CS: Check back later to see if the requirements change, but for now it is 21000.

me: so the playthrough requirements are 100 times the bonus?

CS: you have play 330 out of 21000.

me: great. thanks.

ok i went back to ask if i can just get my deposit back and forget about my 600 in winnings...

CS: How many we assist you?

me: what if I choose not to finish the playthrough, how much can i cashout?

CS: You must finish the playthru or you will not be able to cashout

me: so i can't even cashout my intial deposit?

CS: We have already checked for you. You need to wager 21000.

me: yeah but i'm asking a different question now.
me: what if i wanted to give up my winnings and bonus and just get back my deposit. can i do that?

CS: the reason for your 21000 playthrough is due to the winnings you made
CS: you can not withdraw because you did not meet the withdrawal requirements.
CS: is there anything else i can assist you with?

me: how do wins affect the playthrough!
me: that doesn't make any sense.

CS: wagering requirements apply to any jackpot or slots.

me: i didn't win any jackpots at those!
me: i just got lucky at baccarat and roulette!

CS: please hold while we check.
CS: can i have your email address?

me: xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com

CS: we will review your case to the technical department and get back to you soon.

me: um this isn't a technical issue.

CS: your welcome, have a nice day!

I have emailed support like 100 times, and have never gotten a response. Lets see if they technical department if "technical" enough to figure out what the heck is going on with their tiny brains over in who knows what country. They probably keep everyones money in a sock under their bed and dropped it down a drain and instead of telling poeple what happened, they just try to screw them out of their money.

This is a bunch of BS. I finished the wagering and cashed out BEFORE they changed the T&C. they changed them while my cashout was in progress and rejected it and decided i hardly wagered anything at all. On top of this they added to my playthrough requirements. apparently their new terms and retroactive.

unless they get back to me and say, "oops sorry, heres all your money! plus $100000 for making you jump through hoops for a week! We're stupid and our 5th world country needed your deposit to buy a new capitol building, but we're sorry!" then tomorrow after work I will be emailing you (casinomaster whatever) and contacting casinomeister.

cliffnotes:
-deposit under T&C that 25x bonus was required.
-win, try to withdraw.
-while my withdrawal is PENDING they change their T&C and reject my withdrawal
-WR is now 21000 instead of 5000.

Your stories and their tricks they are trying to pull of are so similar to my story.

"<Operator> Currenly our managment is trying to solve your issue
<Operator> I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused"

This is the line what their operator has said about 10 times with me. They do not reply to e-mails.

"<Operator> it is the managment decision to change the rules and i hope it will not compromise us"

I have over $1000 sitting there at the moment and management has failed to reply to me in anyway. The operator is very sorry every time, but that doesnt help me a lot.

Grando: I understand your feelings and why you stickied it. It's very frustrating to handle with them, as they do even reply to e-mails. They have now failed to meet 2 deadlines they set. They promised an answer by monday morning and another one by this morning. I am am planning to contact casinomeister this evening to pitch-a-bitch.

Will keep you posted..

They have now agreed to count my baccarat play to my WR. I have a screenshot of this now. They will send me the exact figure how much I have played tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

I hope this is legit, and they are not trying to trying to slow play here.

screenshots are worth virtually nothing - I have 3 separate ones saying anything from "you have completed the wagering requirements" to "yes you can withdraw and forfeit the bonus" to "you have 2200 in wagering left" and "you have completed the wagering requirement" again

they don't care, and I will also post a pitch-a-bitch there and hopefully that'll cost them tons of business

Yeah, I agree this will cost them lot of business if they don't handle this one properly, which they havent.

Hello
My name is Tristan, I'm the affiliate and marketing manager for Hype Gaming.

Regarding our change of terms last week; The intent was not to increase any wagering requirements on existing players. Players should have had the wagering requirements applicable at the time of claiming the bonus applied.

Rather than respond to everyone individually in this thread, please send me a PM and I'll help you with any issues you have outstanding.

I don't mean to be rude, but regardless of the actions that are taken by Hype now I will make sure no one I know deposits a cent on your site

you just can't pull shady stuff over and over and over as a casino and expect people to still give you their money

Grando,
I would call these isolated issues rather than the norm.
You should not be subjected to wagering requirements that weren't in effect when you signed up, deposited and claimed the bonus.

Can you please post your Account# here, or PM it to me, and I will follow up your issue, and CC you on any emails.

I also like the Account# so I can determine exactly which support operator you were handled by, as we will be taking action concerning the incorrect handling of the wagering requirements by our support staff.

Halo7

Can you please PM me your Account#'s, or email addresses.
Alternately, email tristan at hypepartners . com

I will correct any errors made by the support staff processing your WR's and/or winnings. Also for the record, if you made a deposit, then winnings DO NOT affect your wagering requirements.

Anyone I've missed feel free to contact me as well.

Thanks,
Tristan.

I am so dissatisfied with them right now that words cant express my feelings. Funny thing is that they Hypegaming has kahnawake gaming comission's -logo on their site, but they are not listed on the kahnawake-site. So much for regulations.

I have a withdrawal pending, so let's see what happens. Probably nothing. Avoid this casino.

This is how I felt throughout last week, but finally I got paid this morning (took them 10 days, my emails were never responded to, the operator even refused to give me a phone number).

Hype´s live chat told me that it takes Kahnawake 6 - 12 months to update their list of permit holders (Tristan, you must admit that this realy sounds strange). So I asked Kahnawake in an email on Friday if Hype is really registered there, but I am still waiting for a reply.

Hopefully you guys will see your money soon as well

this happened to me twice that I know about

I was kinda dumbfounded by it actually and didn't put 2 and 2 together until after it happened

I split aces vs a 6 and got 2 rags and the dealer flipped over an ace and dragged the bets - I was pissed off about the cards I got, but remembered afterwards that 2 hands earlier the exact same thing happened except he had 6-A vs my hard 20 and spiked a 4

Yes. It was for this reason that I sent him a PM asking for a Hype email address where I could correspond with him. I sent it yesterday morning and he has not responded. Foolishly, I did not mark the box for a read receipt. I'm assuming his account is a gimmick, hopefully one that is not trying also to scam us.

Ths good news is that Hype seems to have solved their "technical difficulties". My withdrawal has reached the point where I have sent in my identification verification and they have stated that it will be 2-3 days before I get my money.

Account numbers are the easiest way to identify a player.
The second easiest is email addresses.

I can't identify you by nicknames you use on boards, and there are surprising amounts of people with similar first names and surnames.
