I see the US is not letting players there put money on via credit cards..

what about using neteller?? for poker .. will that work?

Also what are the sites that are letting people still play there risking? What exactly are the new laws saying.

Anybody with a good understanding of this current issue please explain.

Neteller will work unless and until Neteller decides to stop serving gambling sites. Since they have something on the order of two merchants that aren't gambling-related sites, that'd be the end of their business.

IIRC the sites that are allowing Americans only need to block those states that specifically ban online gambling to comply with the law fully. Party et al, though, are overreacting to a poorly-acted extreme.

I used a credit card yesterday to fund Neteller, because it was the least expensive way.
