I dont see them listed on the sticky. Anybody know what their stance is on US players?

They're called Microgaming Poker Network now. I doubt they'll ever make a statement. A few have pulled out of the us, and many (all?) have started refusing players from some states.

Royal Vegas is out of my state and said that a check is in the mail with my cash. Bet365 is still on, though.

Yeah i made a 150 WD last week from battlefield and it went through. I made a 300 WD friday, so hopefully it will be in Neteller monday. I'm in Missouri BTW.

Hopefully this place stays open, i mean its such a quality site.

Quality?

I had my account locked for no reason and 5k suspended until they "finished their investigation". Try and find a contact number. And I don't mean the skin, I mean prima itself.

After a few days of looking I found one and talked to some schmo who said "we'll take care of it" (essentially to get me off the phone.)

Thought I was just having problems but after doing a search on some forums (2p2 included), I found out that others deal with shtty prima service all the time.

Don't keep a large amount of your roll in prima is all I can say.

I play on 123poker/betholdem and the parent companty (betcorp) just froze all US based accounts over the weekend. This came after I emailed their customer support just last week asking them whether they planned on shutting down US customers and all they replied with was 'open up a neteller account'. I can still 'play' on the tables but I cannot withdraw, deposit, or transfer funds to and from my other accounts (poker, sportsbook, casino, etc).

I am very pissed off about the matter and I don't know how I am going to be able to get my bankroll off this site. My advice: stear clear of all prima sites and withdraw your money NOW if you still can.

This is betcorp's current policy:

BETCORP LIMITED

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

13 OCTOBER 2006

At 10.00am Friday October 13th, US Eastern time, President George Bush signed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, bringing that Act into force.

As a result, and in accordance with the advice of its lawyers, Betcorp Limited has suspended all US-facing operations, pending further analysis of the Act’s final text and receipt of further legal advice.

This means that, until further notice, it will not be possible for US residents to place wagers or make deposits on, or make withdrawals from, any website owned or operated by any company in the Betcorp group. This account freeze will remain in place until such time as Betcorp has fully assessed its legal position.

Betcorp’s websites will continue to accept deposits and wagers from, and process withdrawals for, all customers other than US residents in the ordinary course of business. Betcorp currently has customers in some 87 countries other than the US.

The Board and Executive Management of Betcorp are committed to ensuring that all US customers will have access to their accounts restored as soon as possible.

Betcorp’s help lines and online inquiry services for all Group websites will continue to operate, with additional staff being deployed to handle US customer inquiries. Betcorp will keep all customers informed of developments.

Codepoker locked my account as well. I immediately got on the phone with their support. Fortunately it does not appear they are freezing funds, and I should have a cashout on the way (fingers crossed). As for the profit match bonus, it's probably a lost cause.

I just had a short conversation with a customer service rep from betholdem. Here is what I found out:

-They are trying to sell to a third party.
-This is expected to happen in the next 10 days.
-Players from the US will have NO access to their funds until a decision is made but will be able to withdraw after.

This pretty much sucks that we have no access to our accounts and have to wait for a "decision to be made".
The customer service rep seemed hopeful that they would not cut off US citizens, but take that with a grain of salt. Betholdem is going to lose a good portion of their US customers even if they stay open to the US.

I can now log into and play at 123, but I cannot cash out.

So they're going to freeze all funds for 10 [censored] days? What a [censored] joke.

A bit of good news though, I got my rb payment today from the last time I played. If only I could withdraw it...
