Not sure if this has been said but will this be a possible way. Buying gift certifacites from people in the uk. Possibly over ebay. Or setting up some other site just to buy them. I'm not sure on the rules of gift certifacites but this could be a way. If this has already been posted just say it has and no one reply after that.
