I have been trying to get a cashout from Royal Towers Casino for about 4 weeks now and am starting to get frustrated. Has anyone had any experience with them, know about them, or have any advice for me?

I had a win of about $1000 and had no success withdrawing the full amount even after faxing driver's license and utility bill. Only after reducing the amount of the requested withdrawl to $500 was money transferred to neteller. A week later I was able to withdraw the balance. I tried to sign up for their sister site, but was told that I could join but no bonus would be given.

My sense from talking to support was that this site is tiny. I believe that one of the owners answers the phone in the evening.

Interesting side note: there is a brick and mortar casino also in Canda called Royal Towers.
