Question about UB reload bonuses

If I make my first deposit as a new player would I be able to stack UB's reload bonuses onto my first time deposit bonus? or do I have to work it off first.

Also does UB's reload bonuses subtract from MGR? thanks.

1) bonuses stack, no clue if there's some language keeping you from getting 2 on the same day, I imagine you can
2) 25% of the bonus money you earn is subtracted from MGR
