effective as in being a royal pain in the butt and not having neteller and having to jump through hoops.that kind of effective....

Or another option, something to the effect of, yes it will change online poker but probably not destroy it...or somesuch.

I don't think it will be nearly as effective as the sponsors of this bill hoped, at least at doing what they intended it to do. The stunt won't do enough to prevent the Dems from taking over the House and quite possibly the Senate also.

As for what affect it will have on online gambling, they couldn't care less what happens.
