Any word on the status of epassporte?

I haven't seen anything about them. I know they are based in Scotland (or at the least the money you deposit is in the Royal Bank of Scotland) Any news that you guys know about?

I don't know about a RBS account. According to their site they are based out of Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. Their credit cards are issued by a bank in St Kitts & Nevis. I could find nothing online regarding where their deposited funds are kept.

I have recently used them to fund and cash out from pokerroom, and have received no notification of any kind. Their FAQ and Terms of Service do not currently mention anything about wagers, gaming, gambling, etc.

I suppose its just wait and see. The majority of their business, as I understand it, has nothing to do with gaming.
