I was under the impression that the bill didn't actually include language that required ISP's to block access to gaming sites; however, in the MSNBC article that is linked to in this forum, the writer says that ISP's WILL be given a list of sites to block... is this language actually in the bill? And if so, what are the ways around it? (besides a direct dial-in program)
