If I do this, can I still clear my initial signup bonus as well as the reload>?

The reload is only if your initial signup bonus has already been cleared. If you have a signup bonus pending, you can't get the reload.

once I deposited the $1000, is it ok to cashout some of it so i do the UB reload as well?
